I consent to theuse of my photographs anonymously.

I authorize Faithful Motion Pilates to take Photo and Videos for social media advertisement.

I authorize Faithful Motion Pilates to use photos and videos on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

I authorize Faithful Motion Pilates to edit, alter, copy, or distribute the photos for social media advertising and marketing.

I agree that the photos all intellectual property rights of the photos and videos belong to Faithful Motion Pilates.

I agree that I will not receive any monetary compensation for usage of mly photos and videos on social media platforms.
